When the woman tore open the plastic bag, she found a dog in ᴘᴏᴏʀ condition. The scene was more ʜᴏʀʀɪꜰʏɪɴɢ when not far away, there was a ᴅᴇᴀᴅ calf lying Rᴏᴛᴛɪɴɢ nearby.
